Seriously folks, it's all very nice that you send out emails on a monthly basis that show the account has been paid. In Canada, we often need to split out Federal (GST) Provincial ( PST) taxes in our accounting system. Having these taxes lumped together with sundry fees does us no good and the email is in essence a waste of bandwidth. 

Using the phone app (General / Access my Account Online/ Billing) to obtain the breakdown of taxes for the bookeeper is a pita since the billing history dates are entered in such a way that sorting the date field either ascending or descending does not help to bring the most recent billing into focus and you have to hunt for the most recent bill.

How about breaking out the taxes and fees on your billing emails or at least use dates that can be sorted in your Billing History.
