Cancel Ring Central

I canceled ring central months ago and I'm getting notifications on the number being turned on. I've been reaching out to the support department and I've been given a case number but I keep getting disconnected or not getting an answer. I'm frustrated because I thought this account was closed months ago and I'm getting email notifications that its still a current account. Please help.
