In addition to the main 800 number and fax numbers assigned to my account by RingCentral I got 4 extra numbers which I no longer need so I'd like to cancel that extra service but can't seem to find the option to do it under account management. The only option to change the account is under changing the plan which I don't want or need to do.

The "delete number" option does not show up when I log into the Admin Portal. How can I get rid of two numbers that I no longer need?

I just checked my account, it looks like the option to delete assigned numbers is still an option. Are you checking under Phone numbers -> Assigned section?

These are unassigned numbers. I need to delete them.

Oh, okay. You'll need to contact out Tech Support team for assistance in getting those deleted :)
