Cannot Log into Glip

@Glip Hey guys we are having some issues here at our company where we use your application. We have some users that cant login because it says their accounts have been disabled but they haven't been. Help Please

As you can see it says that their account has been disabled but according to our admin they arent't. We switched the free version of glip recently from a ringcentral account. Most of users can login using google just fine. But some get this message when they try

Thanks Saadet, we like your application and use it daily but it has been almost a week since we have had this issue. Do we have some type of time frame for when we will at least have an answer?

Hey Logan,

Glad you like the application. I wasn't given an ETA but the agent said they would follow up as soon as they were able. It looks like there was a snag when switching from the Free Glip account over to RingCentral but that it can be fixed!

OK also these users can login on their phones with the app but not on the computer

So we deactivated them and reinvited them and now they can open glip in the browser but not in the app.

not yet but they told us it was fixed a few hours ago and it wasn't. We will email them asap

So from an earlier problem I had some developers that I spoken too. One of them looked into it and said it would work its self out on Friday which it did.
