Cannot able to receive call or Outbound call via RingCentral Web based app.

Hi Jatin,

Which app are you having issues with? You didn't specify. Are you receiving an error message of any sort when trying to make outbound calls?

Thank you for response.

I created browser-based app and try to connect it within my customize CRM for Click to Call(outbound)/ receive call within my CRM app (inbound)

Can I use sandbox account to test browser-based RingCentral app in my CRM web app?

when I try to login in web-embedded-phone with correct (sandbox) credentials , it's giving me an error as username/password incorrect.

but when I login in sandbox with different tab and refresh CRM app it's showing web phone.

when click to dial number
and even if web phone is open it's asking to select an app for call

then it showing error message that "Your extension is not allowed to make outbound calls with browser currently"

Hey Jatin,

I think this is due to the fact that you're using a sandbox account and have no Digital Line attached to your extension. Without a DL you cannot make/receive calls.

Technically it's possible but you will be charged for a digital line when you exceed  a total of nine (9) inbound/outbound calls. You will be charged for the digital line (in accordance with your plan and/or contract) on the 10th call for each and every month that you exceed the nine calls.
