Cannot submit a support ticket using SSO

When I go to open a support ticket, or check my support tickets, at success.ringcentral.com, I am prompted to log in even though I am already logged in.  When I select "single sign on" and log in with my SSO I am redirected to my Phone System dashboard and cannot submit a support ticket.  If I return to success.ringcentral.com I will be prompted to log in again ad infinitum.  

If I log in with my phone number and password I will be properly redirected to submit a ticket, but the SSO never makes it in.

(US account, running Safari 9.1.3 on Mac OS 10.11.6).
