Can't activate softphone on MacOS

I have an error message when trying to activate a softphone on Ringcentral desktop app on MacOS. Here is a screenshot of the error.

Basically it says impossiple to authorize VoIP calls from this computer, Try to modify the parameters and retry.

I've tried it on a pc and it works. It seems to be related to mac.

Any ideas ?
