can't correct time on my vvx300?

I change the time zone and time on my vvx300 doesn't change!

Are you changing in the RC portal or on the phone it self?

Polycom phones can be goofy around time zones sometimes.  Is this a Ringcentral purchased phone?  If not, this may help.  It is possible your time server is being provided via DHCP with an offset that overrides any entry you make: https://community.polycom.com/t5/VoIP-SIP-Phones/FAQ-Time-and-Date-flashing-or-unable-to-set-time-co...

I change the time zone on the portal but nothing happened. On the phone itself it can't be done to adjust the time.

I just noticed on the right upper corner of the screen a triangle with exclamation point blinks?

Hi Fix It,

There are a few things that could be the cause of the time not sticking. I would suggest contacting Support so we can share a screen with you and log into the web interface of that phone.
