Can't make outbound calls using wifi via Ringcentral App on iPhone

In past year I've successfully made outbound calls using RingCentral app on iphone - primarily using wifi. It's a VoIP call. However, in past several days, app is saying 'VoIP calling is unavailable' . When I attempt to make outcall, "VoIP is unavailable at this time. etc. . ". I've contacted RingCentral support twice, spent over 1 hour on calls, no resolution: except to discover my Wifi wasn't connecting and allowing VoIP to function. When we turn wifi 'off' connection is made via cellular network. Yet, my wifi functions for all other purposes ( my cellular data use is almost nothing as most services run through my wifi (on phone). I've fiddled with many different setting combinations. I simply cannot get it to resume working despite what I do. Any recommendations would be helpful. (note: I've also contacted IP and they indicated NO issues from their end.)

Hey DRS Canada,

Could you share a screen shot of what your Call Settings are on the mobile app currently?

Are you at your home when making the calls or in the office? Have you tried connecting to another WiFi? What was the result?
