Capability to play call recordings on Call Logs even the windows are minimized. Number format on the Call Logs as well.

Hi Edwin,

CallLog supports the ability to play back recordings today.   What's the typical use case to play back a recording while CallLog is minimized?

Regarding number format, what did you have in mind?

Hello, with the most recent update, I am unable to listen to recordings on Ring Central in one window and do anything else on my computer in another Edge Window. In fact, I can't go to Outlook or Work or Excell and listen to the recording at the same time. This is a big problem. It worked yesterday without a problem, but today is hopeless. Can something be done to restore things to how they were before the update so that these recordings will play without having to be right at the window on your computer?

Recently the ability to listen to a call recording and still do other things, such as pull up another browser tab or document and work, has stopped working. Any time you click something else the recording will stop playing. This used to not be the case, but seems to have occurred with the last update from mid February. The ability to take notes while listening to a recording, without having to download the recording, was a wonderful feature and it's absence is a major inconvenience for workflow. Please please please fix this and re-enable the ability to listen to recordings while doing other things!

Case # 08331432 was the ticket first associated with this issue.

US Based Carpet cleaning and restoration business.  12 line office usage,  Back before this latest auto update from Ring Central, when I reviewed my daily call logs to add appointments or update appointment information that occured when we were out of the office., I could work on these things while the call replayed in the background.  However, since the update any time I click off the call log tab into another, it ends the playback and I have to start over,  Now, to work on my office software and listen to these recordings, I have to download each one individually and play them on my media player.  I find this to be very inconvenient, and would like for you to fix this back to the way it was.  Thanks.
