CASE ENTRY and OWNERSHIP in the RC Support Portal - needs a FIX ---  we have 28 separate school sites in our account.  I am the case submitter for all sites.    Whenever I list the actual case owner with their contact info specifics  in the portal during case-submission, it changes all the open cases to that person's name instead of the person actually specified as the case owner.   This is a problem as I have several open cases today and  because of the way your portal works - your support people are contacting the wrong individuals for case info.

Great feedback Cecile.  I'm immediately passing this along.  I can see how this can cause confusion and inefficiencies.
