Changed from Comcast to AT&T service provider. Now cannot sign into RC.

One of our home users changed her internet provider service this week from Comcast to AT&T. At the same time she changed her landline phone connection from a normal landline to the AT&T VoIP connection. She tried to use RingCentral on her PC but she could not get any access. She uninstalled RC and re-installed it fresh. When she did this she did get to the sign in screen and it did show the proper main number as well as her extension but when it asked for the password it would not accept it. We know we are using the correct password. I'm not sure where to go from here. Any suggestions?

I would try a password reset and then try again.
