Hello, my account type is U.S., I run a telemarketing business, and I had an idea for changing the display settings on my Polycom phones. Specifically, I was wondering if RingCentral would consider adding a setting to change the information displayed through the Caller ID during a phone call. At the moment, when my employees answer the phone, the phone number on the Caller ID is cut off. I was thinking that instead, the word "From:" could be dropped, and the number or full name of the person can be displayed instead. The benefit of this would be a more streamlined process of acquiring the telephone numbers of the customers calling, and the employees could have a more hands-free environment and just look at the display. Plus the employees wouldn't have to ask for the full number, they can just write it down as the customer calls and that would increase efficiency.
