Chat Compliance Exports Not Working

Any one else have compliance export requests in RingCentral app that never complete?  I requested exports on 12/23/19 and they're still sitting under a "submitted" status.  I've also reached out to support for exports and its taken nearly 3 weeks to get the exports we requested.  Whats going on?
