We are going to use RingCentral for our new office and I just wanted to know if Cisco 2901 with VoIP bundle will be a supported router for our implementation

It should work correctly, but why the voip bundle?  That is for CME and CUCM applications only as I understand.  Also, will you just have this router between your LAN and internet or a firewall too?

The VoIP bundle is already present when we bought the router. We may have a firewall, an ASA 5510 or 5525, is it better to not have it in the way? We are flexible.

Well, I think I would never recommend against having a firewall, but it can add complications sometimes.  Here are some links that should be helpful for yourself or whomever configures your gear:

The short story is you want to make sure to allow all necessary outbound traffic and not have any voip inspection/ALG services interfering.
