Hello,
We are using Cisco 303 phones and we can't seem to set up call forwarding, does anyone know how to do that? I see the call forward options, but there is no way to actually enable call forwarding from the phone.
Thanks!

Mikhael,
Call Forwarding is set up in your RingCentral portal for each individual extension. Select an extension and click on the Call Handling & Forwarding menu selection. Check out this Knowledge Base article on how to configure your Call Forwarding...

Thanks for the link Jan! Make sure to let us know if you have any issues with this Mikhael. Depending on what kind of system you are forwarding the calls to you may need to configure some advanced options that are not mentioned in the above knowledge article link.
For instance if you are transferring the call to an automated answering service or an IVR menu you will have to do some extra settings.
Thanks!

Thank you Jan and Nathan. Unfortunately the article does not address my issue.
For example, if one of the employees is taking the day off I would like to be able to have all calls to her phone automatically route to my phone. With our old copper line our employees used to dial *72 and the number to forward to. Is that still possible with the softphone or the Cisco 303?
From what I have read so far, should the employee want to forward her calls she will need to log into the ringcentral portal and manually toggle call handling, is that correct? I guess I wish there was a "one-button" method to forwarding calls.

You have a few options:
- Add each other on your Presence settings for both of your phones.
- Setup an Advanced Rule for a holiday/vacations/sick-days. (Recommended)

Thank you Kim. Is there anyway for the user to enable/disable rules from the softphone?

Advanced Rules & Call Handling rules cannot currently be managed via the Desktop App. I will generate an Idea (Feature Request) for this now...
