I use the soft phone / desktop app as my main interface, although I have a RingCentral branded Polycom phone on my desk. Functionally, both seem to work just fine, but there is an inconsistency in the interaction between the app and the desk phone. If I miss a call, and the caller leaves a message, I can retrieve the message through either interface (app or phone). Once I do so, the message indicators - in both interfaces - are cleared, as expected. However, the missed call indicator on the desk phone remains list, even if I clear the entire call log on the app. There is good communication between the phone and the app in one case (messaging) but not in the other (call log/missed calls). I would like to use either device and know that my actions will be reflected on the other (which does already happen in the case of messages). Am I missing something, or should I consider this to be a feature request?
