1. U.S.

2. We are a medical call center. We monitor patients vital signs remotely. When a patient alerts, and we have many, we contact them to coach them to better health.

3. Most employees work from home and use their mobile phone to call contacts from our platform. They use strictly their cell phones for work. When an employee of ours selects a number from the mobile web browser they are prompted to dial from their phone and not the ring central app. This is a big problem. Being able to call out by clicking or tapping on a number on web browser will enable our callers to respond to a patient in a much faster fashion.

4. We would use this feature to speed up our response time to alerts.

5. Having to copy and paste the phone number of every patient we call could very well be the difference from an ambulance arriving on time or not. This will drastically lower that possibility.

I could not agree more. While not life threatening to our business, we suffer from the lack of this service!!

Any progress on this? We have our own web app that provides customer phone numbers. When using this on a browser on mobile phone, phone numbers are click-able, but they launch the defult mobile phone's cell dialer. Is there a way we can add http links within our mobile app to launch and dial RC, similar to how we can use a link to launch Waze navigation by using <a href="waze://?q=">
