Desktop App: 'Comments' feature

I love the new RingCentral for Windows software. I wish I can use it...but I can't. There is one feature I can't find that the old Softphone has, and which I desperately need, so I can't switch over yet. It's the feature that allows you to write 'comments' on a message. So when you open up the 'messages' pane, you can right-click on any voicemail and click on 'comments' which opens a little window where you can write comments about that message, which then appear in the columns. It has been indispensable to our company in terms of keeping on top of our messages, and we can't live without it. Is it possible we are wrong, and that it is in there somewhere? If not, any plans to bring it back?

Sorry there's no such feature in the new RC Desktop application.  I changed this to an "Idea" topic for our product team to review, but there's not ETA or guarantee if, or when this might be added.
