I really like the common area phones within Ringcentral, it's really useful for us and for our clients. However, I'm having a hard time understanding why extensions with a digital line of service are the only extensions allowed to use a common area phone? If I'm paying Ringcentral for a common area phone, shouldn't any extension be allowed to sign in and use the physical common phone? To me, having this limitation totally defeats the purpose for having a common area phone. Does anybody else have the same frustration?
