Common Phone lockout with Pin

  3. The ability to lock out a phone from use unless a pin is entered. We know of the feature that requires a pin for answering calls, but if this feature was also existed for making calls that would be perfect.
  4. There's a phone in a common area that people can access, and we don't really want everyone to be able to use this phone to make calls. If a pin code could be required to make a call (besides 911), this would be perfect.
  5. This would allow phones to be placed in high traffic areas without the worry of the line being abused by someone not authorized to use it. Another case would be to protect multiple users in the same area from using each others phone in the case of a call center environment.
