Hey, folks!

We wanted to take a moment to address the increasing negativity that is bubbling up in this Community. 

We endeavor to create a supportive and friendly environment for members to interact. 
To maintain that environment, we request respect for both your fellow Community members and RingCentral. We’d ask that you operate with good intentions and use good judgment - keeping in mind that you are responsible for your own actions in this Community space. 

Here are some things to keep in mind moving forward:

  • Respect is required.

  • Using appropriate language and tone is required. Although this is a Community, it’s also a professional space. And we assume you are all professionals. 

  • Support others! Encourage them! Provide constructive helpful answers and feedback. 

Here are some things we will absolutely not tolerate:

  • Posting offensive or inappropriate content, or content intended to be inflammatory.

  • Posting content regarding RingCentral competitors or alternatives. This is a RingCentral support forum and all unrelated endorsements will be removed.

  • Posting content that disparages RingCentral, its vendors, partners, employees, or affiliates. 

  • Misrepresenting yourself or lying about your identity/affiliation.

  • Providing inaccurate or unhelpful answers/responses.

The RingCentral Community Moderators reserve the right to remove any posts that do not conform to the above guidelines without warning. We also reserve the right to temporarily or permanently remove users who violate the above guidelines or our Terms of Use.
