We are a staffing company in the US. We are planning to begin recording calls for quality & training purposes. I would like to be able to give certain managers a user role access to the company call log WITHOUT edit/delete access. I don't want someone to accidentally or even on purpose deleting a call. Right now when you check the box for access to the company call log it automatically checks the edit box and grays it out so it can't be unchecked.
