Company Info > Caller ID Name

In your feature under Company Info > Caller ID Name, I was told that if I update this it will 48 hours to take effect. I need this to update immediately because when I change my Ring Out Caller ID, the phone number I choose to ring out shows up properly but it is permanently stuck with the Caller ID name that is under Company Info > Caller ID Name. I am stuck right now waiting 48 hours for this to be updated which is ridiculous and defeats the purpose of me using your service. Could you please get this fixed to update in real time? Please make sure this name info is what shows up in the header of faxes as well. Thank you.

Hello Kevin,

The reason for it taking 48 hours is due to carriers updating their Caller ID/CNAM databases. This is not something that RingCentral has control over and does take time to occur.
