Is the "new consolidated contact list" coming with the version 7.5.2 "Company Wide" ?, if not... when are you going to release a Company Wide Directory?

Since your service is "On the Cloud", what is the problem with it?

I am on 7.5.2 and can see my entire company's directory in my contacts.  I'm not sure if you need to be an Administrator to get this - I am one of our Administrators - but I'm happy to have it in the App.

I'm confused about this too. How do you transfer the contacts to the app and make it universal for the office?

Is there a way to put all of our "firm contacts" from Outlook to RC's address book? Right now, we have been adding clients to our address books individually but cannot make those contacts accessible to everyone in the office. Also, we have not found a way to transfer all the contacts over in one time instead of adding one client at a time. Thanks!

Currently there is a Chrome extension plugin and an outlook add-in, but these contacts will only pull into the Desktop App for the individual extension that is logged in.

That would be helpful at least to start. So if each employee did this, we would all have the client contacts in our RC address books? Is this process outlined on your website so that I can try it myself?

Claudio, are you referring to when you add a personal contact, and if you select "all" for the view?  If so, no, it does not sync company wide and there's still no ETA.  Sorry.
