Remove Do Not Disturb feature from Polycom VVX-411

By removing this option from the phone it will not allow users to disable receiving phone calls. All call are important and should be answered by users.

2018-03-29   We had this done for us a few weeks ago.  YOu can contact your Customer Success Manager and request their Tier II to do it.
