Conditional Rule: Forwarding All Calls from "VOIP", for example.

1.  I get many spam telemarketing calls from Caller ID "VOIP".  

Apparently I cannot set up an advanced rule whereby all calls with the word(s) "VOIP" are forwarded to a certain number (like my local police dept).

Please allow users to specify a rule whereby a specific word in the Caller ID triggers the specific action specified in "Advanced". 

2.  Also, this new feature will be helpful if I want all calls from "Joe Smith" to be forwarded to my cellphone, and not be handled by general operators.  I would simply go into the Advanced area and specify all calls with the Caller ID "Joe Smith" forward to my specific cellular number.
