Is anyone else having issues with the dial-in numbers for the conference call feature not working? Our office team in Ontario, Canada is working remotely this week due to COVID-19 and we tried to have a conference call for only 5 participants, and the dial-in number stopped working after 4 of us dialed in and were connected.I thought conference calling was pretty much unlimited - it wasn't a RC Meeting/webinar, just a conference call. I've been on hold with RC Support for going on 30 minutes. Looking for some answers/guidance. Thank you.
