Our boardroom and a small sound system with 6 microphones. We would like to setup the ability to make a conference call using our computer. Then listen to callers and for our board members to talk back to the callers.
We will need to have the ability to have a phone conference call with a property owner. There will be 5 board members listening and would need to talk to the caller. We have a 8 channel sound system in the board room. Could the microphones be used in that system to speak to the caller?
So you can use RingCentral Meetings on your Computer to host a conference call. You can then call into the Meeting with a deskphone or cellphone or use the computer's audio (whichever you prefer!). You can also record RingCentral Meetings as well.
