There needs to be a way to track the callers that have called in to the conference call - by their phone number or the access code used to log in.

Would it be possible to get a report of each conference call when it is completed?
It would be great to have a report that detailed how many callers called in and what phone numbers called it. It would help us track who was on each call and helps us verify that someone who shouldn't be on the call didn't dial in and just stay silent the whole time.

Ditto. In the world of press crashing confidential conversations this would be helpful.

While I still need a report of attendees, it only provides after the fact validation of who participated on the call. We have security problems because only one participant code exists for all callers. Once someone has joined any call, they can join any future call. Changing the participant code manually affects all future calls. That doesn't help when you have a series of calls for two different groups. Without changing the participant code for every call you can have unauthorized people joining. Changing the participant code for every call makes it unwieldy for participants. Additionally, although a host can block additional callers from joining when a number of callers is reached, there is no way to know whether the proper people are on a large call so you could be keeping an unauthorized caller and blocking an authorized caller that dials in late.
We only do conference calls and don't want to pay for large meeting groups because we don't need web meeting functionality. In short, after 5 years of requesting reporting and enhanced participant code access features, we still can't solve our problems with the workarounds RingCentral suggests.

Hello David,
Have you tried RingCentral Meetings?

Meetings offer more control by forcing all users to write this name in but this still does nothing land line call in's. I have hundreds of users that are able to join but no way of controlling who needs to be removed or blocked from the private call. really need control over the meeting and reporting after the fact

So, is it going to be possible to get a report of each conference call when it is completed?

Hey Carol,
There is no ETA on if/when this feature may become available.

I echo Carol's point. With my conference number with Premiere Global Services, after each meeting, I can get an email that says who was on the call (or at least the phone number that dialed in) and how long . This seems like a basic function that can be added and should be part of the package.

We also need this. We are a new customer and quite frankly am shocked this most basic of reports is not available on this system. With our old provider you could have the Conference Report automatically emailed to the host when the call concluded.

As a reseller, I get this question a lot. When will this be implemented?

Hi Ronda, I haven't heard from our Product Team if there is an ETA on this. If I do, I will update this thread!

This feature is still not available as of 3/19/2019 three years into this thread?

Really sad how this isn't yet available. Your competitors like UberConference are going to eat your lunch. Conference Call functionality is so important. Their reporting is great. For now, I'll stick with UberConference & DialPad.

RC/Saadet, we really need some action on this. Leaving a suggestion open for 4 years without either adopting or killing it does not reflect well on RC.

I would suggest contacting your account manager regarding the Large Meeting License since there is an extra charge. They can go over the full details :)
