Conference Call Participant Management (Ability to drop a specific caller)

I have a US based technology consulting firm and thing the ability to manage the audio conference calls from the web interface or app would be a great addition.  Specifically the ability to see the number of participants with their caller IDs and the ability to mute a specific caller or disconnect them from the conference bridge. 

A great example of the use case for this is a conference call I had yesterday.  One of the participants was on the call and had to take another call and put the conference bridge on hold.  This caused all the participants to hear their hold music.  We had no way of muting or disconnecting that specific caller.  We did mute all participants and told everyone how to unmute their line, but not everyone was able to successfully unmute their line.  We then tried to have everyone hang up the bridge and dial back in.  Unfortunately the caller that put us on hold was not disconnected and the problem continued.  An online console to control individual callers would be a great addition.

We are a small firm but it's common for us to host caller of 5+ people where this can be an issue.

One customer is looking for the option to mute specific participant, see the list, and the ability to remove specific participant.
