I am working with board members that are all over Canada and the dial in phone numbers possibilities are very limited. We need numbers for ALL the major cities in Canada. Thanks

We have the same issue, and what is more ridiculous is that US accounts apparently have access to different / more desirable Canadian cities than we do. It's kind of absurd.

These numbers exist but you have to dig for them. Add this to the list of easy fixes that RC seems to enjoy avoiding.

Like I said, you have to dig. If you search the knowledgebase it brings up community articles instead (way to go RC!). So I had to do a custom google search on the KB domain. This article explains the conferencing process.
This article has the US numbers.
This article has the Canadian numbers.
I notice the article doesn't have the vancouver number on it, but that number was provided to me by a support agent. It is: 778-200-8149

Here is a link to all of them: https://meetings.ringcentral.com/teleconference

Now the only thing we need is to have them integrated in the apps !

This is still an issue.. I don't understand why all major Canadian cities aren't on here.. or at least a number for each province... if there is a way to fix this please make it clear! This is super frustrating especially since there isn't a toll-free conference number to choose from.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Canada: Vancouver Conference Dial-In Number.
I'd like to be able to select a Vancouver number as the default conference dial-in number for our users. While a Vancouver number does exist on the international list, it isn't selectable in RC settings as the default number (you can choose from Edmonton, Halifax, Quebec, St. Johns, Ottawa, Toronto).
This means that it doesn't show up in the RC app for easy access, or in e-mail notifications - this means participants have to use the international dial in numbers link to find it.
It's a bit ridiculous that this isn't selectable.

Amen to this. The available numbers should be in the selectable list when creating an invitation. And Amen also to including more numbers in some of the mid-size cities. Goose Bay NL, Corner Brook NL, Charlottetown PEI, Fredericton NB, Kingston ON, London ON, North Bay ON, Thunder Bay ON. Victoria BC should all be included.

Below are the options that a US account has when we want to conference with Canada - we have to choose International Participants:

I spoke with our Tier 3 Support Team and they said that it is true the US has different conference numbers than Canada accounts. Unfortunately, there's no way to change it at this time.

I found out the hard way with a complete disaster of an important meeting that took two weeks to schedule. All participants left frustrated and I have to try and reschedule on an impossible deadline.
This number, BTW, does work for VANCOUVER BC CANADA...in case anyone of your thousands of affected customers may care.

OR at least use a default COUNTRY TOLL FREE dial in number?
