Idea 1:  Need to be able to disconnect all callers.  When a caller does not disconnect it would allow them to be removed so they are not sittong on the line for the next scheduled conference call

Idea 2:  For use when you need to make sure old participants cannot just connect out of the blue

Hello -

I wanted to let you know that by using RingCentral Meetings for your conference call you can generate a New Meeting ID & Participant code with each meeting.  This is great for customer's that require a new ID for privacy.  Also, the host can remove a participant if needed by selecting the Participants Lists (select more > remove).

Let us know if you have any questions.

Isn't RC Meetings much more limited to the number of participants? I am pretty sure we have Standard Edition, which would be only 4 participants, compared to the Conferencing service which is up to 1000 (which we shall never hit) per host.

"RingCentral Meetings is available for free with any RingCentral Office edition: Standard edition (4 participants), Premium edition (25 participants) and Enterprise edition (50 participants). "

Thank you!

This is correct - there are limitations per account.
