Configuring a Polycom VVX411 "Skype" Edition Desk Phone for use with RingCentral

Has anyone had luck configuring a Polycom VV411 "Skype" edition phone with RingCentral. We have no problem configuring Polycom phones with RingCentral. However, we have a couple "Skype" edition phones, meant to work with Skype for Business. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

You need to change them from Skype to regular SIP.  It can be done via the phone menu and you can Google how to.  Then you should be able to provision it with RingCentral as normal.

Excellent! Solved the issue. When I called RC about this when we first got RC, they didn't understand the issue. I put the phones aside and just recently decided to try again. Thank you.
