Contacts > Ability to Apply the same Rule to all phone numbers within a Contact

It would be nice to be able to apply rules to an entire contact, with all the associated phone numbers associated to that contact, instead of having to make routing/call handling rules one by one for each phone number. Some large companies have many different outbound phone numbers, associated with a contact. Being able to apply rules based on the Contact would be much easier.

This is for a US based account, that works in digital product development.

This way certain contacts could always be routed to a certain extension or spammy contacts could be routed to VM, etc.

furthermore it would be ideal if we could make these Contact rules available to the entire company
