Contacts not showing on Caller ID

I have a bunch of contacts set up on the web portal.  When a call comes in, the caller appears on the recents list which is great.  The problem is that the phone (RingCentral, Polycon) just shows the phone number and not the contact.  How do I send my contact list to the phone so I can see who's calling by looking at the screen on the phone?

Galin,

Which RingCentral account edition do you have? You can only see the names on the caller ID if you have a RingCentral Office Premium account or a RingCentral Office Ultimate account.

I have no idea.  Caller ID requires a premium price?  Our old generic phones handled this just fine.  I'm going to suggest that our company go back to those old phones.

Hi Galin,  I did just verify that your plan type is Office Standard.  So, you (or whoever the admin is on the account) may want to talk to your account manager do discuss adding this.

While I do appreciate that, it would be a very hard sell to get ownership to pay more to add basic functionality after we just invested in a bunch of phones and a subscription.  Thanks though!
