1. Multi location and department organization.
2. I would like to be able to use admin account to manage what extensions are listed under contacts as well as have other options view extensions by group or internal department instead of only alphabetically. Also I would like to setup or manage list of extensions that are visible for intercom. Currently list includes all extensions under contacts.
3. Allow much easier and faster process for finding internal extensions as needed.
4. Saves time and money.
