I would like to copy and paste a text message thread from ring central to log into a database to track communication with our students.

Did you try copying to a blank notepad document first?   This may work.

Yes!!  As it is, we can only copy one message at a time rather than an entire conversation.  This is an awesome suggestion!!

You may want to try RingCentral for Dropbox. This can be automated.

I have tried using RingCentral for Dropbox.  But, the backed up SMS messages are individual there as well.  It does not save them as entire "conversations".  For example, if I have a message from someone and I reply then they reply back, it would be great to have the ability to copy that entire conversation in one spot instead of having to copy each reply separately.

This is an excellent idea that we desperately need!  Thank you!
It would also be great if we could set a text to be sent at a specific, later time.

I'm new to the RC world and the current inability to copy/paste complete text conversations may determine whether I use this feature at all. It's important that I have the ability to copy/paste complete conversations in order to keep detailed client logs. Having date/time stamps on each message would be helpful too. These features are available in Google Voice.

Hi had a client that texted me yesterday and there were 90 chats. I have a vertical monitor and there's no way I could follow the conversation, w/o doing multiple screen shots or pasting individually.

We need the ability to print these out for business purposes as more and more of our contacts prefer to communicate that way, PLEASE!
