Employees who have a lot of messages come in every day, they can easily get overwhelmed. It's easy for them to read messages and forget to handle the job that the message asks them to do. 

Some products provide reminder features for a message received so that people can set a reminder of that specific message, they can also mark it as solved later. In this way, people can easily keep up with their job and don't forget anything important to tackle.
