Call Queue: Create Function Key Option to Return to Previous/Main Menu from Call Queue

I have call queues where the maximum time to wait for an available agent is set to 10 minutes and I don't want it shorter. However, it would be great if I can give the customer an option to press a Function Key to return to the previous menu or the main menu if they get tired of waiting on the call queue and decide to do something else instead. I would like an option for the call queue customers to get out of a call queue without ending the call.
