Create publicly accessible 'status' page with RSS feeds

The current RC Status page is behind a login wall.  Meaning that you have to log into a RC account to see it.  This is counter-intuitive, especially if the login system is down.

I would love to see a public 'status' page, similar to what Google, AWS, SalesForce, Azure, and a multitude of other cloud-based platforms have.

In addition, I'd love for an RSS feed, so I can subscribe to alerts on a platform of my choosing.

Finally, having the actual status page on a platform not associated with the RC main website would also allow statuses to show as something other than 'All OK' when clearly there are problems.

I agree you are missing out on a platform to allow mass communication to all of your customers when a major outage occurs.  It helps to acknowledge there is an issue and provide whatever detail you can.

My company owners don't love to hear that I can't reach your support team and the status site says everything is working fine. I am forced to report anything I can find and generally that is what I see in the community forums and on twitter.

We'd like to feed this in to Slack - having a publicly available RSS feed for this would be really nice.  Surprising this is not already available as all of our other primary hosted/SaaS systems provide this.
