Create role and disable access to Internal Calls and Internal SMS

In our usage of RingCentral for an in-house Call Center which only uses OUTGOING calls, we have created a special role for the agents/employees whose sole function is to call out.  We would like to be able to disable Internal Calls and Internal SMS as part of this role.  Currently the checkboxes for these 2 items in Role Edit mode are disabled and force checked even for a Super Admin user.   We would like to make sure that this details of this role are also respected by GLIP and any third party apps/widgets.
