Custom Configurations for Phones

I wanted to confirm if there is the ability to push out custom configurations for phones on specific accounts.  This would allow us to utilize the full ability of the phones themselves in specific circumstances.  The example I have right now involves a shop that employees use headsets to answer calls.  There is a Polycom setting that would allow the headsets to ring as well as the physical phone itself, when incoming calls come in.  This would obviously not be desired for all clients, but we would like to have the ability to take full use of the phones' abilities for individual clients.  My current understanding is that the RingCentral configuration would overwrite any changes we make to local configurations upon reboot.

2018-06-18  Please clarify how many users you are wanting to do this for and for what phone brand and model.  That helps folks know how to help you more directly than playing 20 questions.

This specifically would be for a smaller client that has about 10 phones.  Polycom VVX 501s.  We already found that we can make the change from the phone itself (Settings > Basic > Preferences > Audible Ringer), but wanted to ask the question in the larger sense. 

If we make a custom configuration and upload it to the phones, will it be overwritten on each reboot? or just on changes to the configuration that RingCentral pushes out (Presence, name, etc)?

Is it possible to work with RingCentral to make changes to individual clients' configuration files being pushed out by them?
