Could a custom report be created that will show monthly how many International calls are made? and by Who? Seems that if the Purchased column was available as a KPI in the analytics it would be possible
In Ringcentral there is no way for me to get a report of inbound/outbound calls that were made to international/toll free numbers, so I have no way to tell a client what user/extension these calls, what number was called or the length of the call. From the customer perspective, we have no way of knowing specially what we are being charged for. Yes, I can manually go through the call logs and pick the toll free/international calls but that’s way to much work. This seems like such a basic request I’m surprised this is not a function built into Ringcentral already?
