A brief description of the business : Cottonwood Residential owns and manages quality apartment communities in prime locations across the U.S. 

A high level description of the product or feature being requested : Custom role which restrict users from changing the Outbound caller ID should be available to the Glip unified app. 

Currently its only available to the RingCentral App

Benefit of such feature : It will be less complicated for the user and employee if they will not see a lot of phone number from the caller ID drop down. There is a possibility if ever user accidentally click the drop down options for caller ID might accidentally set different caller ID

This will help them to have unified Caller ID for the company.
