Our company needs the feature to customize our Subject Lines in the voicemail notifications so we can automatically flag certain voicemail emails in SalesForce Desk to either Normal or Emergency status depending on where the voicemail is coming from. SalesForce wont flag or filter from contetns in the body of the email, only the subject line, so if we could customize the subject line depending on who the voicemail is to (Support or Emergency Support) we could flag the text "Emergency Support" and have it flagged properly in SalesForce Desk.
