customer calls dropping before I can answer,some customers say that the phone does not ring before I answer it.help please.

UK account, some customers can not get throught to us, they say the phone cuts off after a second,they dont here any ring tone. We have moved over from BT cloud phone to deal direct with Ringcentral, I have set up the system eactly the same as I did with my BT account, We only use the system to divert calls to mine or a colleagues mobile number. A customer calls in on our local number and the phone should divert straight to the mobile chosen.We are a small local taxi service so every call we miss is lost earnings, 20 calls missed so far, I was hoping it would be a seamless transfer to ring central but is becoming a real problem for my business.I have contacted Tech support 4 times and dont seem to get anywhere, although on the last call after being on hold for 25 minutes the support person said there was a known issue with some known mobile networks not working with ring central, but could not explain what was happening or if anything was being done to resolve it, please help.thanks.

Same issue with us USA based client 7+ years.  Incoming calls just churn in the RC system for 11+ seconds before transfer happens.  Many Many calls in for help and they can never fix it. Same 5 questions everytime ....so tired that I finally in process of porting numbers out.  If you / they do find a fix, please make it public

The odd thing is it worked fine with BT, which I dont understand as it is Ringcentrals system with the BT badge on it.dissapointing that no one at support has helped us. The whole reason we moved from BT was that there customer service and support was shocking.

Not sure how it works on UK based product, but you should be able to make a advanced rule to unconditionally forward any calls to your local number to forward to your mobile number and set hours and that type of thing. Hopefully someone else can shed some more light on it and make sure my idea will help you or is possible or even address it for you here so you can get help from more than just a person in the call center.
