Customer Experience 'Map'

Is there a way for us to export some kind of 'map' of our current IVR settings?  The 'customer experience' if you will?

You can export your IVR settings to an XML file.

Appreciate that. 
I'm sure I can look around and find where to do that, but what they can you do with an XML? (Sorry, low techie here)

Export an XML File
1. From the Admin Portal, click the Phone System tab.
2. Click Auto-Receptionist.
3. Click the IVR Editor tab. The XML Editor displays.
4. Under Export IVR XML File, click Export. The XML file is exported to your browser.



With the exported file you can then import it should you ever need to restore your IVR settings.
