Very frustrated with the lack of follow up. I have had to open MANY tickets regarding several problems and none of them have been resolved. When will this get better? Do we have to change companies and take our money elsewhere to actually get customer service that is willing to take care of the issues?

I was told yesterday that someone would call me back today before 5pm. Here it is 30 minutes before that time and I have not received a call YET!!!!! Does this mean yall do not want my business? Trust me this downtime of waiting on you to fix any one of the issues I have gotten many different quotes for other VOIP programs. I told the gentleman I spoke with yesterday I would give yall today at his request. It is such a shame I cannot even get that much respect from Ringcentral. I truly thought yall were the best. I was very wrong!!!!!!!
