1. Account Type: Canada
2. Self-Storage Company (multiple locations)
3. Ability to record a custom message for rejected calls
4. Currently when calls are rejected a system message is played.  Rather than a default message, a custom message could be recorded and enabled.
5. Ensure all greetings and messages fit within the company's branding.
